Tons of ants “magically” appear in my car!?
Today my boyfriend and I were in my car and were all of a sudden COVERED in ants! I freaked; it was disgusting.
I’ve noticed like one or two in my car one time and the last time I used my car was Wednesday and there were none that I noticed.
I sprayed a whole bottle of ant spray, let it set, then cleaned down my car with armoural car cleaner and vacuumed it out.
What should I do now if they come back?
How did they get in there?
I find it very suspicious for I have a clean ’06 car, have left food in my car and have had no problems.
there are a couple of ant species that are like little nomads that live in the walls of structures and are spread when they get into something that was transported to another place … if it has been sitting a few days it is possible that it is just an outside species that relocated into the inside of the car.
