I just bought a Ruger P345 from Cabelas… WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
Anyways I bought a Ruger p345 from cabelas…….( i have bought about 4 guns there befor no prob!)..it was brand new still greased in the box….i take it home and the slide keeps sticking and makes it impossible to cock the chamber….so i take it back…..get a new one take it home open it up and they give me the display from the counter….im thinking well couldnt they have told me they gave me the display???…..kinda mad that i went from a Brand new gun to one that was a display and lord knows how many ppl have touched it dropped it dry fired it or what-not..so i take it shooting the next day and empty my first clip..so now the barrel of the gun is completly exposed because the chamber is empty…& im looking at the stainless steel barrel and it looks like it has two 1/3 inch rust looking circles that are kinda pitted…..what should i do now? What would you do? When I found out itwas a disp. I called the mgr. 2 c about a discountt. he said no its behind the case & still new
I’d ask the store manager for a refund and if he says no, then call their corporate office. DON’T use any profane language b/c then your argument looses validity. Let them know that you’ve bought numerous other guns there and that you’ve spent yout time and money there as opposed to going to Bass Pro or other companies. If they still say no, call corporate and tell them the same, write down names to refer to if you do have to take it to the coporate level.
