Some things that you consider as “Good Things”?
For me, to sit on a log in the middle of a redwood forest with a few rays of light…and green ferns with the rays of sun on them, here ,there,and everywhere..
To sit on a rock contemplating life…sitting in the sunshine..either on the grass, on a rock, or whereever it is comfy for me …reading…eating a sandwich, being with friends…telling stories…
sleeping in the sunshine..on a towel, after either bathing in the ocean, and lying down to dry off, or just lying down, sleeping away…..
Having a picnic either at the beach or some place after a good swim…because my stomach feels so hungry after that long swim in the pool,,,and just relaxing totally..no worries of any kind what -so-ever!
Getting a letter from a person I haven’t heard from in such a long time!or a phone call, or email..or a surprise gift!!…
The Smell of pine needles..and or Eucalyptus tree buttons…and or leaves….acorns etc…
snow,
stars at night..and shooting stars..and more!
good is when people are nice just because, not for any gain or to try and get over on you. good is the way it smells outside right before and right after a thunderstorm. good is that fuzzy feeling you get right before you fall asleep that lets you know you will sleep well.
