Should you clean a barbeque pit occasionally?
I never clean my barbeque pit. When I start a new fire, I just build a big blaze and let whatever was left on grill from last time burn off. Let it burn down a little while and threw the meat on. This seems to horrify some people who say the pit should be thoroughly cleaned after each use. So should I clean it or not and if so how often.
some people have there preference on how BBQ tastes, even in BBQ mom and pop restaurants from the mid-west to the south they dont clean there grills often to keep a certain flavor in there meats, you should try and clean your grill then bbq and see if the taste is still what you like.
