Dual purpose thermometer: The dual thermometer is for replacement. It could be used inside the lid bracket for measuring the temperature inside the grill. It can work as a meat thermometer too.
Grill Cleaning Brush: This cleaning brush has a stiff bristle head. It also has a Leather Hanging strip. The brush is used for cleaning the grill and it reaches all parts.
Stainless steel crossover tube: This is the tube that carries the ignition flame. It carries the flame to the center and back burners.
Cooking grates: These are made from cast iron. Their work is to enable the grilled food to effectively retain heat. They form sear marks also. These are some kinds of beautiful patterns on the grilled food that make it appear delicious.
Flavorizer bars: Flavorizer are porcelain-enameled bars. They ensure that the results of the grilled food are excellent. They prevent flaring up of the flame also.
Rotisserie: This is a rod that is long and solid that holds food as it roasts. It’s a good method to grill chicken that is whole and other food.
Small drip pans: These are used to line the catch pan of the grill. They can also be used to cook a side dish as well.
