Fire pit or chiminea?
We bought a farm with a woods and are planning a house. with outdoor patio We want to buy a portable fire pit or one of those stee/copper chiminea fireplaces. We will be using in fall so need to stay warm. Someone said the chiminea type might help the smoke go up over our heads. Any advice?
I have owned both. You will have less smoke around with a chiminea, but a lot more heat with a fire pit or fire bowl.
