How can I clean a public BBQ grill?
My wife is having a party at the park and I offered to help grill the food but the park does not allow to bring our own grill. Now I’m stuck with the grill they have there. It is one of those that are cemented next to the ramada. How can I clean that thing?
Just bring a wire grill brush and scrub it down. You are worried about any germs, very carefully spray the grate with lighter fluid and drop a match on it. Do not do this while the coals are already lit, bad idea. But the heat should remove anything else too, like bugs, old food that didn’t get scrubbed off, and any foliage that may have fallen in. Good luck.
